PROFESSIONAL EXPRIENCE:

Worked in MVS Engineering Limited from July 2014 to JULY 2015 as Mechanical Engineer (Projects) in Project Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and Reviewing plant drawing which includes P & I, Electricals and Control Circuit, and plant layout etc and prepare field designs in accordance with project agreements .

Conducting Client/contractor meeting and resolving engineering issue of client.

Prepare daily program for production; Follow up with Production and Installation department for day to day program/follow up the targets of projects and resource and generating productivity reports.

Tracking and monitoring the progress of project.

Attend meeting periodically with top management and client to discuss project progress and other requirements

Documentation Work including Instrument Index, I/O List, Cable Schedule, write-up pre-commissioning, commissioning procedures, preparing test report of project, Check list prior to commissioning, Data sheet of Instruments, bill of material, quotation for spare list of job etc.

Pre-Commissioning activities of plant like Checking Pressure Vessels, Assembly of plant, Testing Electrical Panel, PLC programme check. Running and maintaining the Plant Process Parameters and observe trends of process parameters & to take corrective actions for the deviations to maintain quality & production, Operate the plant at Optimum level, Record Process Parameters.

Hand on experience in Air Compressors (Screw and Reciprocating), Pump, Cooling towers, Generators, Instrumentation valves, electrical control panel etc.

Project execution which includes Pre-commissioning, Installing & commissioning of plants like Nitrogen (PSA) gas Plant, ammonia cracking unit, air dryer, Oxygen Plant etc.

Receiving the material at site, checking the specification and quantity of material received as per requirements, and preparing material forecast to keep the work flow. Supervision of installation work at site including everything from mechanical piping to electrics and instruments and Co-ordination with the associates/vendor for timely completion of job, giving training to the associates about the operations.

Involved in R&D testing of the plant in the factory and making certain process changes.

Hands on experience on flow, level, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitters, temperature scanner proximity switches, solenoid valves, thermostats and output devices & their respective control wirings.

Calibration of Gas Analyzers, mostly Percentage & PPM analyzers for Oxygen & Dew Point.

Successful Installation, erection & commissioned Nitrogen Gas Generation Plant(1000Nm3/hr) for ISPRL and Linde Engineering India of capacity of 2.5MMT of crude oil reserve.

Successful Installation, erection and commissioned Nitrogen Gas Generation Plant(350Nm3/hr) for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore.
