Have also troubleshot and repaired various machines and manufactures including Dell, Gateway, HP, Compaq, IBM and the everyday white box. I have also worked on several AMD machines and know about the special issues required to make AMD work with win98.
I enjoy Teaching and maintaining the best in computer software and tech support. I get an extreme sense of satisfaction when solving an especially difficult problem on a computer and making a customer happy when no one else could.
