Purpose: Management of the FTP and HRIS (budget £22.2m) transformation projects through completion of month end activities, process improvement and documentation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements, as well as day to day management of project costs.

(Budget £30m) and effective stake holder management of the main partners on the project. Process review and Change management of the project.

Purpose: To provide Regional business partners and Project managers with a comprehensive and quality management information reports and financial support for their portfolio of projects.
Due diligence and business case reviews of shortlisted grant applicants, including value for money analysis (public sector) and ensuring compliance with strategic plans.
