Duties: Position Summary: Manage Tactical Operations of Amerijet International Operations Control Center (OCC) to include Flight Followers / Crew Schedulers. Ensure the effective communication of company policies and procedures standards, and to respond appropriately of any known or unknown situation. Directly handles or instructs OCC Staff on the appropriate measure to handle any irregularities that occur throughout the shifts. Submits any and all reports and coordinates all flight irregularities with the flight operations staff, Director of Ops/Director of Safety. Ensures that the Flight crew and company are receiving the highest level of quality and service from the OCC team. This may involve occasional verbal counseling of all flight followers and crew schedulers. Attend daily company briefings with top levels of all departments. In Coordinating with the other OCC Manager in developing, creating and/or revising dispatch manuals and procedures which require a comprehensive knowledge of the FAA regulatory requirement and current FAA policy for a part 121 air carrier. Oversee and Conduct of all Training for Flight Followers and Software Applications. Administer all contracts with vendors and ensure that the OCC is getting all the value out of every contract. Ensure that all software meets or exceeds company needs with compliance to the FAR's and Company Policy. Attend all NASA flight operations with regard to the Reduced Gravity Office, RGO. Coordinate all Airspace request with the NASA Flight Operations in EFD. Coordinate all national airspace and routing request for the Zero G Parabolic Flights with FAA ATC Centers. Assisted with Certification of the B767-200SF on the Certificate for Amerijet including answering Safety Attribute Inspections (SAI) Data Collection Tool.
