Production Engineer

Designed and implemented system for logging contact closures into computer files, consisting of GPI capture device based on Microcontroller, and Windows application, communicating each other via RS232. This system worked maintenance-free for several years.

Created Microcontroller-based equipment for remote controlling eight video monitors via RS232 commanding them to switch inputs from normal to backup Multiviewer systems. This allowed the operator to switch to backup with the press of a button.

Developed web-based (PHP/MySQL hosted on Linux server) information system allowing easy sharing of information among engineers.
