Reviewing, developing and implementing cost-control initiatives and suggesting any special equipment requirements.

Developing manpower plan in conjunction with Site Supervisor & generate Purchase Orders to trades and major suppliers.

Witnessing with the client final pressure test including of pressure gauges with adequate dial range and calibrated.

Confirming the piping system concur with flow diagram to verify completeness of system. Evaluation of test packages contents, line checking against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of both piping system.

Also responsible for painting and insulation inspection from surface to final visual inspection of the equipment and pipe lines.

Ensuring the isolation purging is according to the safety procedure in case that system facility or unit is subjected for maintenance or repairs.

Conducting tightness test on each line system & verify the accuracy of leaks in commissioning period.

Responsible for verification of punch list early on equipment and associated pipe lines prior to pre commissioning of each system to effect minimal rework to later in the project like pre hydro punching, mechanical work as well as commissioning work after completion of the job and proper installation of all missing Plant items as reflected on punch list.

Assessing safety clearance and ensuring the execution of work in alignment with defined safety standards.

Reviewing and monitoring offshore punch list reports, and finally prepare project completion reports for top management.
