Responsibilities include the day to day management of installation and de installation projects throughout the U.S. During this time I have developed processes to stream line our operation. This resulted in an increase of productivity while decreasing operating costs. As Training manager I oversee and develop all training programs. I assist in the development of the engineer’s and make recommendation’s where training is needed based on their skill set and customer need. I work closely with management to develop a time table for training to occur so the field service delivery is not affected.

Responsibilities include phone support to local onsite engineers as well as traveling to customer sites to service and maintain their respective equipment. Interim Field service manager since September 2015. Responsible for the development of field engineers to reach their potential utilizing team building skills and coaching. Duties also involved evaluation of new products being offered by companies and evaluating there feasibility in the service division. Part of the new account implementation team. Responsible for the inventory and transition of the customer from their current service provider to Aramark.
