Consultant as a contracted employee to a private E-cigarette start-up company. Charged with developing systems of control, developing sites, and construction of 30+ locations in less than one year, and 35 additional locations in second year, bringing enterprise to 100+ locations averaging over $625k revenue per store as well as developing Franchise program yet to be rolled out (Franchise documents complete). In addition, consulted with start-up high end restaurant brand (name withheld) including site selection, menu, personnel, facility and menu creation and design.
