Company is a mid-sized General Contractor. The company has a diverse market in the public and private sector. Performed 40% public open bidding, 40% negotiated design/build, and 20% owner’s representative/construction management work in most any segment of the construction market.

Responsibilities and accomplishments included:

Meet with clients to establish the desired outcome of facility. Establish design parameters, budgets, state and or federal guidelines, completion dates and scheduling limitations.

Directed and supervised all architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to complete concepts and designs for internal and external workings of the facility.

Directed and supervised 75 million dollars of design and added the new construction of a state-of-the-art corn processing plant in southern Minnesota while living on site for 1.5 years.

Directed and supervised 55 million dollars of design, reconstruction, and renovation of the existing food plant while in operation and the construction of a state-of-the-art (first of its kind) award winning 280ft tall vertical malt processing facility.

Directed and supervised the designs, costs, schedules, field personnel, and construction activities on multiple projects at the same time.

Have hands-on knowledge of a large variety of building materials, construction and erection processes, process equipment both fluid and mechanical systems, and integrating mechanical and electrical/control systems.
