Duties include:
Assigns subordinates their duties and responsibilities and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Conduct Toolbox Meetings with staff to ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, and Safety Environment management system established by the company.
Conducts in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.

Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to the Maintenance Department and the Management.
Do stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies.
Maintain a regular deep cleaning program of guest rooms.
Maintain a cleaning program for public areas.
