Ramsis Engineering Co WLL is a specialized and well recognized mechanical engineering company providing manufacturing, construction and maintenance services to oil & gas, petrochemical, power, desalination and other process industries.

Responsibilities:

oClient interaction at project level in delivery of design and documentation

oOptimize use of manpower resources by managing routine work distribution to production and maintenance teams.

oProduce detailed drawings that include Pressure vessel Dimension, Bill of materials and construction procedures.

oDevelop 3D models by analyzing Prototype Units and 2D drawings.

oCreate drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Client Engineer and maintain all revisions of project drawings.

oReview of the project scope of work, material specifications, and CAD drawings for any conflict with the requirement of the Clients and advise the Engineering Department to initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of work.

oUtilizing Project management systems like Microsoft project, Primavera & Maintenance management system like CMMS interface SAP to project requirements.

oAttending scheduled & Kickoff Contract Review meetings and reporting on/discussing/resolving Design/Engineering/Construction progress.

oFacilitation and execution of field inspections, as assigned by the ITPs.

oEnsure work is completed as per the ITPs and all Hold points are signed off on after completion of relevant task

oProvide a focal point for all technical enquires and engineering changes

oPrepare Primavera pre-duration report for upcoming projects and refinery shutdowns

oTo carry out estimating for Mechanical maintenance and planned programs, determining priorities to maximize the use of resources in achieving prescribed objectives.

oTo provide estimated costs of proposed Heat exchanger projects and survey/cost completed works to back charge the clients.

oCoordinated Turn around & inspection of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit(FCCUs),Hydrodesulphurization units (HDUs),Crude distillation units CDUs, Tail gas treatment Units(TGTUs)

oPreparing maintenance reports and presentations for the same.

oCoordinate with the client in all technically related issues and resolve The Quality / technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines

oEnsure quality norms are maintained as per set standards through inspections, daily checks, supervision etc.

oTo ensure the schedule, cost and quality standards are being met sufficiently with the shut-down activities and normal construction execution.

oEnsuring safe testing and commissioning of completed heat exchangers whenever necessary at the client site

oHave Knowledge in TEMA (Tubular exchanger manufacturing Association), ASME (Section VII Division 1 & 2 and API (660,664) standards.

Documents controller responsibilities

oMaintain and control filing system for Engineering, Manufacturing documents, Requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoices, Estimates etc.

oVerifies the information on purchase orders to ensure purchases are consistent with project needs.

oHelp project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items

oRecord of heat exchangers Drawings, Inspection and Test-plans, Term contracts, Payment Certificates, Structural Documents, Specification, Calculation sheets and Data Sheets, Progress Reports, Survey reports, NDT Reports etc.
