Founded GJTree Partnership Consulting June 2010 and began an engagement with the University of Mississippi Medical Center, a $1B Academic Medical Center. My role there included the development of strategic planning subsequent construction projects and other activities in support of their overall $800M Campus Master Plan. Significant campus wide infrastructure and roadway projects were planned and implemented; transforming the campus in preparation for the construction of planned new facilities. Project sizes ranged from $500,000 to $20 million. Provided leadership on over $57M of new medical facilities construction.
