Founded GJTree Partnership Consulting June 2010 and began an engagement with the University of Mississippi Medical Center, a $1B Academic Medical Center. My role there included the development of strategic planning subsequent construction projects and other activities in support of their overall $800M Campus Master Plan. Significant campus wide infrastructure and roadway projects were planned and implemented; transforming the campus in preparation for the construction of planned new facilities. Cogdell, Spencer, ERDMAN (Facility Solutions Healthcare) 2002-2010 Project Executive, Project Director & Project Manager (2002-2010) Served in a key leadership role that included responsibilities for directing the entire Design-Build or Development-Design-Build process on a project level. This included all aspects of planning, developing and construction. Project sizes ranged from $500,000 to $20 million. Provided leadership on over $57M of new medical facilities construction. Recognized by my leadership as the preeminent Project Executive in the South East Region three years in a row.
