Position involves coverage analysis, including how the claim is affected by New Jerseys

insolvency statute, investigation, settlement and direction of defense attorneys as to personal

lines and commercial high value claims in New Jersey and metropolitan area. The claims are

from insolvent carriers including Reliance and Home Insurance. The type claims include

commercial environmental (primarily pollution and asbestos) and also personal lines

Homeowners UST claims, personal and commercial auto, construction defect, legal

malpractice.
