Ensured organization met 99.5% production availability by managing $27M daily inventory and 3.9 days of supply (DOS), $7M daily consignment inventory, and 22K SKUs.

Lowered sourcing cost by 4% despite extremely inflationary economic environment through supplier sourcing/selection initiative to migrate to single source supplier.

Reduced working capital by 26%, while still maintaining a 99.7% 24-hour fill rate by implementing ABC inventory classification model.

Reduced WIP by $85M+ and DOS inventory by $7M+ by implementing integrated supplier management (ISM) process with 172 Tier 1 suppliers three years ahead of schedule. ISM process included consignment inventory, supplier managed inventory, pay on consumption inventory, advance shipping notices, and electronic communications (EDI).
