HSE OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Get involved in the daily/weekly toolbox

. Be visible on site

. Conduct daily PTW audit

. Utilized our HSE daily activity report

. Closed monitoring of any critical jobs

. Report immediately any incident to our acting SSO whether it is minor or

major ones (make an initial report if possible)

. Rectify any safety matter issues on site at once as necessary and

appropriate

. Assists our JSO to utilized all our safety checklists

. Coordinate with our internal supervision

. Implement strict compliance of Gasal safety policy & guidelines on site

. Coordinate with our nurse regarding injury/illness cases

. Utilized our HSE log book

. Be a role model, never engage yourself in a fight or any obscene verbal

argument with our supervision or workforce

. Obey all Gasal safety ground rules & restrictions

. Serve a violation letter to personnel who will not comply with our

safety standards & by laws

. Initiate daily housekeeping in your areas

. Participate in the fire prevention walkthrough for rigid related

expansion projects.

. Assist in the building inspection program for all buildings.

. Carry out regular inspection of all portable fire extinguishers, and

pressurized water hoses, couplings and attachments to fire truck.

. Visual and/or physical witness of installation of substation and rooms

fire alarm system.

. Respond on all types of emergencies, especially involving fire incidents

that require medical assistance.

. Ensure that proper PPE are used at site

. To conduct safety inspection on regular basis

. To ensure trade waste and effluent are disposed regularly

. To ensure that all Hazards are identified and safety precaution are

taken in confined space

. Construction workers should have hard hats, safety boots, gloves, safety

specs or goggles, and coveralls. Ear protectors and respirators may also

be needed in some circumstances

. To impact training to worker and important of HSE

. To ensure that all works are carried out in safe working condition
