• Planned and executed purchasing decisions for the Bearing Commodity by positioning turn-over to China for a 37% increase in Low Cost Country sourcing, projected savings of 5 million for 2007.

• Negotiated cost avoidance in 2006 for surcharge, volume decreases and supplier bankruptcies in the amount of 2 million in 2007.
