STn SAP is a Global trading SAP system for Shell Trading. Number of countries is sharing this Trading system for day-to-day business operations and to derive strategic business decisions.

Following are some of the highlighted development work that I did as part of STN SAP Project.

Citibank Interface for ACH and Check Cremul Posting. SAP “EDI &IDOC” tools were used to build the interfaces.

Designed and developed - Reconciliation Engine to reconcile posting documents across Interfaces. Custom “RFC” function modules were created using SAP “ABAP” Programming to connect two different systems. SAP “ALV” reporting features were used to display the output as a report.

Designed and developed Procurement Workflow. Configured SAP Workflow objects for procurement. Custom function modules were developed using SAP “ABAP” programming and attached to the workflow configuration menu to navigate the procurement workflow.

Worked in FI posting interfaces with Vertex and Sabrix external tax procedure calls.

Interface Mapping Rules Engine to derive correct cross-reference organization unit across interfaces in SAP. Custom function modules were developed using

SAP “ABAP” programming and attached to the Rules engine to derive the correct mapping. Custom SAP mapping tables were created in SAP “Data dictionary”.

Reconciliation Engine reconciles posting documents across Interfaces. .Custom RFC function modules are created using SAP “ABAP” Programming to connect two different systems. SAP “ALV” reporting features were used to display the output as a report.

Designed the following of FI posting interfaces Magellan, HMS, LPS, ZAINET, RADAR. “ALE&IDOC” tools and custom function modules using SAP “ABAP” programming were used to build these interfaces.

Designed and developed the FI Only Invoice posting workflow. Configured SAP “Workflow” objects for accounting document posting. Custom function modules were developed using SAP “ABAP” programming and attached to the workflow configuration menu to navigate the workflow.

Developed using SAP “Smartforms” tool.

Commercial Invoice - SAP GTS, Customer Statement - Open items,

Pro-forma Invoice forms were deveoped using “SAPScript” tool.

Enhancement.

Hold PO when Sales order is blocked in SAP GTS system. This functionality was built using “BADI”.

Split the Sales Order into deliveries based on Material characteristics. This functionality was built using sap “CopyControls”.

Unitization of shipment in Delivery Transaction was built using “User-exits”.

Enhancements.

In Material Stock Inquiry on RF devices, to increase the Qty field length, screen exit is implemented for 8*40 and 16*20 screen resolution formats.

“SCREEN-Exits” was configured and activated to build the above the customization.

SAP “ABAP” Programming was used to develop pricing condition routines.

Smart forms and SAP Scripts.

CPD Invoice was developed using “Smartforms”, Shipping Manifest was developed using “Sapscript”.
