• Driving PETRON’s Electrical and Instrumentation Division’s long term strategy

• Leading the overall PETRON’s Oil and Gas Engineering Construction effort for SHELL- Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) Alkalyne Surfactant Polymer (ASP) Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Pilot Project.

• Responsible for all aspects of the project including, Safety; Planning; Scheduling; Budgeting; Mobilization; Procurement; Execution, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk management & control of On and off plot Civil Construction; Mechanical Skids, Piping, Pipeline installation & Testing; Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment Installation & Testing, Pre-commissioning and Demobilization.

• Coordinate o o o team budget multiple and of of 200+ manage priorities $12,people 000,000. including, (including safety, performance contract interpretation, reviews) budgeting, planning, resource

& material procurement/mobilization (including administering subcontract works), quality control and specification reviews.

• Liaise directly and work closely with our clients SNF (France) & PDO and TEBODIN (Engineering Team) to ensure smooth execution of the project.

• Instrumental in marketing and selling the idea to our Client (SNF & PDO) for fabricating a total of 23 Mechanical Skids, Tanks and Vessels for the project in our PETRON’s workshop ( ISO 9001, ASME certified) at Sohar, Oman, itself instead of finding another vendor.

• Part of the management team at PETRON that believed, promoted and achieved the SHELL-PDO safety culture of GOAL ZERO for this project.
