Working Objectives in UPS Jet Air Express Pvt Ltd.

Taking ownership of the cases to trace and track packages received from frontline.

Check for the package status and update the same to customers.

Keep updated customer with package updates as they receive notifications from web tools.

Coordinate with Origin countries and transit Hubs and destination countries for arranging delivery of packages.

Coordinate with shipper/consignee for any requirements at destination.

Into inbound as well as outbound calls to keep customers updated with all their queries for packages already shipped or want to ship or with the requirements at destination or Origin to ship.

Also coordinate with clearance team, finance team, Hub team, and Security team on basis of query received from customers.

In short all logistics related queries are been handled and customers are kept updated.

Maintains logs and reports of the customer’s complaints and queries received on our generic mail id.

Investigate exceptions on packages or shipments and help customers in delivering their packages/ shipments.

Provide quality service to customers.

Helps customers from pick up of their package to delivering the same on timely basis.

Also have knowledge Of Operations, Hub operations, clearance (Documentation part)

Provide quotation to customers for shipping packages and pallets; help them in opening Export Import account with discounted rates.

Working Objectives in Mahindra Logistics:

In Snap deal Project and Amazon Project (E-Commerce)

To handle Snap deal and Amazon pickup and delivery status to all our customers

To monitor Vehicle placement, i.e. which Vehicles are getting placed for which Hub.

To monitor and act on the Vehicles which are delayed and getting reason for the same.

Also monitoring loading and unloading of the Packages from the Vendor’s location.

Monitoring Vehicle tracking through GPS System

Handling Entire MIS of the package dispatched through and tracking the same.

To coordinate with the respective Hub locations to confirm Vehicle arrival, receiving details, Delivery updates on Daily basis.

To handle Exception reports i.e. related to delays (governmental bodies, natural calamities, exigency, shortages, damages)

Updating Exceptions to the E-Commerce customers.

Monitoring DEPS Resolution.

Updating MIS and providing the data to customers.

Providing Line haul Performance Report to Operation team for analysis.

In Gladius Project (MLL Hub and Spoke)

To handle online pickup and delivery status to all our customers in MLL through system MLL TMS.

Monitoring Vehicle tracking through GPS System

Handling Entire MIS of the package dispatched through MLL Network and tracking the same.

Updating stock report of Hub’s along with the reasons to the customers.

To track the all the dispatched consignments and share the same with internal customers of MLL Team

Coordinating with the respective Hub locations to confirm Vehicle arrival, receiving details, Delivery updates on Daily basis.

To handle Exception reports i.e. related to delays (governmental bodies, natural calamities, exigency, shortages, damages)

Updating network Exception to our internal customers.

Updating MIS and providing the data to Operations team for Analysis purpos
