Supervised all day to day job site activity form start to finish. The last two recent projects were a Planet Fitness and a Retro Fitness. At the start of every project I would require all the subs to attend a pre construction meeting so that all of the trades can coordinate with each other. During that meeting I would make redline markups on the blueprints so that I can forward them to the owner, engineer and project manager so that they can make revisions to the prints. I would also ask all attendees to work with one and other so that we can meet our turnover date. I tracked the progress by the subs in my daily reports to the project manager and the estimator to determine the accuracy of the progress payments requested by the subs. Handled all RFI’s, submittals, scheduling of work by subs. Scheduled all inspections in sequence of the work performed by the subs. Maintained constant contact with the project manager, owners and property manager. Forwarded all change orders to the project manager after verifying the need for it. Assured that all work being done by the subs met the terms and conditions of the contract. Routinely held safety meetings as a way to keep everyone onsite safe and aware of any potential hazards and ways to correct them. I scheduled and maintained all inspection files. Notified all trades whenever there were any revisions made to the building design or schedule. At the halfway mark of the project I would have meetings and walkthroughs with each sub as a way determine if they were on schedule and to minimize punch list items. I kept and submitted all time sheets and expense reports. Responsible for all equipment and material delivery to the job site. Made all arrangements for the final inspections with the local officials to obtain the certificate of occupancy.
