Successful insurance tracking demands timely and accurate updating of all insurance information, correct notification to borrowers and extensive insurance knowledge.

Document Processing: Processing all incoming insurance documents (Mail, Email, Fax, Secured site) and upload directly to the Elitetrac Database.

Elite Scan: Once the documents are scanned into the system, they go to the Elite Scan Database. This process makes sure that the insurance information on each loan is organized.

Elitetrac: This is used to ensure accurate and consistent document tracking; the loan information is stored for each lender. This allows direct communication between the lender and AFR for any loan. The analysts work the documents on the dashboard on a daily basis. My responsibility was to determine if the information was valid.

Policy: If a policy is received that goes to a loan then pertinent information has to be listed in order for AFR to update the information of the Carriers Name, Policy Number, Effective Dates, Coverage Amounts, and Banks listed in the proper position within all documentation.
