A bout the Project

Target is introduced small format stores, called City Target, which will help expand their presence in urban markets. These City Target store have smaller back room space and hence the shipment to these stores are to be managed such that the replenishment occur optimally. ( Just in time Replenishment)

Modify replenishment applications to ensure that City Target Stores receive more frequent shipments to accommodate the smaller backroom.

Modify existing replenishment applications to handle increased frequency of shipments of inventory to City Target stores.

Modify existing replenishments applications to protect DC inventory allocated to City Target stores.

R ialto FDC and IPO Replenishment

A bout the Project

Target Stores will be realigned from currently servicing wholesaler to New Rialto FDC. Ordering and distribution systems surrounding the realignment from Wholesaler to an FDC is currently manual. This will be automated in this project thus reducing manual intervention and human errors.
