Enhancement in Sales module, Administration module, Support module in CRM Application

Sales module: Creating new incident types and most of them to be synchronized to CORE.

CORE is also one of the Finacle suites of product which creates and maintains accounts and finance related information.

CRM is integrated with Core through the Interface –Finacle integrator.

Administration & Support Module: Enhancement in existing functionality, Creating new menu options and corresponding screens.

Bank needs to generate various reports to track the details of customers & users of Bank.

Crystal reports were used to develop the above requirement.

A Crystal report is a tool to generate the data, it should be linked to the data base and stored procedures should be coded to achieve the desired results.

Many Screens and functionality of the applications were customized .Few changes involved interactions with other parties like Finacle integrator and core.

Crystal reports for the data generation.

Enhancement in LOS module- Loan Origination System -key module in HK bank.

Finacle Loan Origination System consists of the setups, processes and applications that ultimately lead to the creation of Customers and Loan Accounts in FinacleCore. The series of set-ups and process for the Loan Origination is based on the requirements given by the HK Loan Team.

Rebranding:

ABN HK Changed to ANZ HK

There are customized templates and enhancements deployed. All the templates have to be studied to identify the impact of Bank ID change, if there is an impact, templates need to be rebuilt; Most of the underlying property files shall require modifications; Hard coding in source code to be replaced with new Branch ID; A fresh build to be prepared and unit tested with new units.

Many reports which has ABN hardcoded in them. Those all reports needs to be changed in the templates.

All property files and config files to be scrutinized and Bank ID changes to be made. Application testing to be done after every change.
