September 2014 to Present: Americas Tax Office Affiliate Relations Manager Indianapolis, In

I worked as a sales representative selling individuals the ability to own their own tax office. As one of the top sales reps each month, I managed many accounts and I worked hard to meet and exceed our sales goals. I also acted as Operations Manager from January 16th 2015 to May 30th 2015. This position required me to maintain our over 500 Affiliate accounts at the height of tax season. I was directly responsible for creating accounts in our software, maintaining banking accounts for all of our financial transactions and providing direct support for all of our systems. August 2011 to September 2014: Applecare At Home Advisor: Senior Advisor As a tier one level support rep I provided technical support for all incoming calls for iPhones and iPads. In May of 2013 I was promoted to a Senior Advisor and my duties were expanded to include support for iTunes accounts and iCloud accounts. I also trained as a team lead(Supervisor), with 17 to 25 people on the team. I was responsible for helping them meet their metric requirements as well as monitor their calls and grade them on their performance. I did coaching sessions with team members daily and had weekly meetings with my supervisor. Working in an virtual environment comes with other considerations as well. Team leads and managers had to live call monitor our teams as well as monitor multiple chat rooms, as we had over 2300 senior advisors in our group. Our team was consistently one of the top performing teams for all metrics and for sales. I was in the top ten of more than 5000 advisors on many occasions prior to becoming a Senior Advisor.

September 2004 to August 2010: Independent Consultant, Indianapolis, Indiana As a part time consultant I worked for a number of smaller companies where I installed, configured and maintained servers, workstations, routers and printers. Created a wireless network with Cisco Aironet 3200 series Routers and 10 Fugitsu laptops for a doctors office of 45 people, adhering to HIPA standards with extra security at the router level and application level Upgraded to an Exchange 2003, Active Directory 2003 for a 25 person dental office Consulted with a 40 person mortgage company and recommended upgrades and networking options

May 2000 to July 2004: Time Warner Cable, Palm Desert, CA Network Administrator Managed all Windows servers including an Exchange Server, an Application server, A SQL Server and a Remote Access Server (for some of our remote offices before Fiber Optics or T1s were installed)
