Marathon Oil Corporation – Drilling Engineer I March 2014 – November 2015

• Drilling Engineer for World Wide Drilling and Completions o Evaluate possible new asset acquisitions to determine economical feasibility from a drilling standpoint. o Worked with multiple Asset Drilling Engineers to identify performance limiters, reduce invisible lost time

(connection/trip/casing times), prevent NPT and significantly improve drilling performance in the Bakken, Oklahoma, Eagle Ford, Michigan and Deepwater Gulf of Mexico. o Create torque and drag models in Landmark suite to aide with well planning, BHA selection, drilling and casing design.

o Assist with well pre-planning, real-time drilling analysis, post-well reports with various analytical platforms

(Spotfire and SAS) and implementation of best practices/lessons learned. o Train field personnel in vibration mitigation, auto-driller usage and best practices to safely improve drilling performance.

o Responsible for real time mitigation of drilling vibrations and drilling limiters using Mechanical Specific Energy

(MSE) to significantly improve drilling performance and extend BHA life. o Make real time recommendations to clients about drilling parameters to mitigate and correct drilling inefficiencies.

o Reduce the number of drilling days and effectively provide drilling consistency. o Assist in training of rig personnel in the usage of MSE, vibration mitigation and adoption of new drilling practices.

• Drilling Engineer for Mid-Continent Asset Team in Woodford Basin o Historical analysis of wells using Mechanical Specific Energy method in order to improve drilling on future wells.
