Project Description

Up until the implementation of this project, Analytics team was following a manual process in an on-demand basis, to pull driver log information for specific time duration for audit and legal purposes

The idea behind this interface is to pull all the log information for all drivers into Schneider's systems - so whenever the information is needed, it can be pulled internally without having the Analytics team to execute Omnitracs web service calls manually.

This process runs on a nightly schedule at 2AM,and will pull the data for all drivers and store them in an ODS_STG table

There is an analytics job that moves the data from ODS_STG table to a different ODS table

Responsibilities

Coding and testing the entire flow with the entire test case scenario’s without any defects.
