Worked in FIRELINK W.L.L as Design & Estimation Engineer, Doha Qatar, from Aug 2013 to Oct 2014.

Worked in Pragmatic Industrial Automation Pvt ltd as Instrumentation and Control Engineer, Hyderabad, India from May 2011 to May 2013.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control Systems

Having experience on Instrument Index and Wiring modules (both conventional and Field bus) in SPI (version10).

Having experience on Loop Drawing Generation in SPI.

Having experience on Pre-bid engineering, preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation and Technical Clarification register reports.

Thorough understanding of the engineering documents associated with instrumentation such as P&IDs, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Instrument Hook up diagrams, Instrument I/O List,Instrument Datasheet and Instrument Schedules.

Working knowledge on Field Instruments (Gauges, Switches and Transmitters).

Abreast of Process Industry Codes, Standards and industrial automation communication protocols.

Having experience on Telecom Instrument Index and FO Cable Schedule in SPI (version10).

Having experience on Telecom systems (LAN, Structured Cabling, IP telephony, PMRS, PEAS, PCS, Security Systems(Access control systems & CCTV),UPS and Fibre Optic).

Having experience on Vendor Document review (Datasheets, Functional Block Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Bill of Material, Cabinet Layout and Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Layouts, Cabinet wiring drawings, FAT and SAT).

Co-ordinate with SPI admin and other Sub-units for engineering inputs.

Working knowledge on Material Management Software (MATMAN)- Fluor Daniel’s proprietary tool.

Knowledge on industrial automation communication protocol.

Knowledge on hazardous area classifications & different types of protection techniques involved.

Tender Study, Value Engineering and Techno Commercial bid preparation in a time bond manner.

Interprets engineering drawings and specifications in order to develop and provide engineered equipment submittals in compliance with contract drawing, site coordination and site installation requirements.

Accepting responsibility and a level of accountability that is proportionate to the seniority of the position.

Bachelor of Engineering, (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering), Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India, 74.64% (First Class with Distinction).

Intermediate (M.P.C), Narayana Junior college, Secunderabad, Board of Intermediate A.P, 90.9%.

Matriculation (S.S.C), Chaitanya High School, State Board of Secondary Education A.P, 82.5%.

Skills :

SPI (2007 Version), Bravia (Projects online tool), AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Adler, E-Price, FASTOOL.
