Building and hanging booms, prepping and hanging antennas, radios, squids. Running fiber, coax, power, and home run cables from shelter to antenna and squid, building ice bridge. Grounding all the way from shelter to tower top. Sweeping cables, cleaning and testing fibers, pim testing from shelter to dwdm/dwdm connectors to up tower to antennas and radios. Full system sweeps. Pinpointed and fixed any issues that come up and retest. Set ret's to correspond antennas. Set asmiuth for sectors. Daily work logs. Weekly conference calls with site updates and inventory needed.
