I am a fully committed, capable and confident during 16 years of work experience with 4 years of management experience, and I'm intending to utilize my skills in college with higher level to share my knowledge and experience with students and gain more experience into the education and teaching field, and where I can utilize my excellent research potential and an ability to actively contribute to the research projects goals as well as a proven publication track record and a good standard of written English.

I have the ability to interact with all researchers in a constructive, creative and professional manner during the processing, storing and logging process. I have the ability to communicate with people with diverse backgrounds and I have interpersonal skills and capability to work as a team member and mentor as well as on own initiatives as well.
