Currently I am working as Senior technician in 5200 MW Ghazlan Power Plant with CG Power Solution Company. I am a young, dynamic, energetic and hard working technician with more than 8 years professional experience in maintenance and testing of various electrical equipment in Fertilizer Companies and Electricity Utilities Companies.

I am working since 2006 in different companies with different positions in maintenance of various electrical equipment like power transformers, motors, switchgears, Circuit Breakers, storage batteries and other equipment. I am specialized in power transformers and circuit breakers. All the issues which are involved in power transformer such as: Installation, Testing and commission, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance overhauling and troubleshooting, replacement and transportation of power transformer. Maintenance and testing of On-Load tap changer. Familiar with IEC standards.

Able to read schematic drawings and implement troubleshooting on circuits.

I have Authorized Permit Receiver certificate from Saudi Electricity Company.

Detailed Experience:

GHAZLAN POWER PLANT (CG POWER SA) (sep, 2012 to Present).

Carries out Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Corrective and Preventive maintenance and overhauling of Power Transformer up to 865 MVA – 380/230/115/69/33/13.8KV.

Testing of Power Transformer like Turns ratio, Winding resistance, Insulation resistance, Tan-Delta, Polarization Index, Magnetic Balance test using Omicron and megger test equipment etc.

Relay coordination with main control room.

Maintenance and testing of On-Load tap changer (Diverter Switch).

Testing of buchol’z relay with nitrogen.

Preparation of different gaskets like Cork, NBR and O-Rings.

Vacuuming and under vacuum oil filling.

Operation of filtration machine independent.

Leakage arresting and changing gaskets.

Oil sampling for different tests like Dissolve Gas Analysis, Break down Voltage and Acidity test.
