Analyse available relevant data about executives and recommend for IJPs before the recruitment process is initiated for lateral entry

Analysis on Absenteeism ( Planned Vs Unplanned ) & Attrition to share with Account Leader to arrive at action plans to control the same

Preparation of MIS on Recruitment ( RAG based ) & support recruitment team for effective planning
