I maintained 97 cottage and 2 story apartments; 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. My duties are to rent ready (5 day turn around) vacant apartments including kitchen counter and faucet installations, re finish and glazed. Tile repair in bathrooms and kitchens, garbage disposal, faucet, toilet, water heater installation and plumbing. Cabinet and drawer repair, replace or repair front door, bedroom and bathroom doors. Repair tracks and runners on closet doors. Replace light fixtures, receptacles and minor electrical work. Install/replace air conditioning units. Dry wall and paint after all repairs.

On the property as a hole I do concrete grinding and patching, building repairs, stucco, carport repairs, rebuild or repair fences, outdoor lighting and security lighting, clean and maintain multi laundry rooms, maintain the cleanliness of the common grounds of the property. I Maintain and supervise 3 pools.

Order building, general and cleaning supplies I also respond to emergency phone calls 24/7. Respond to work orders on a daily basis, contact vendors and pickup materials for repairs. I have my own vehicle and a clean DMV record.

Last but not least am able to meet deadlines with a high level of quality.

2002-2004 Lakeside Villas HOA- Maintenance Foreman

I used my maintenance and organizational skills to maintain 240 unit townhomes. I did repairs in private homes such as kitchen cabinets, floors, balconies (deck coating) and painting, plumbing and some electrical repair.

1999-2002 Shaun Godfrey Fire Protection - Self Employed

I serviced and recharged all types of fire extinguishers in the LA county area. Tested fire hoses, tested and installed smoke and fire alarms in private homes, apartments and condominiums.

1995-1999 Princes cruises Ltd. - Safety Petty Officer As a team our priority was the safety of the ship, passengers and crew which was categorized into 3 departments.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE: all general shipboard repairs including, rigging, mooring, the use of the ships heavy lifting equipment, watch keeping, navigational duties, weather reports and monitoring shipboard fire and smoke alarms from the bridge.

LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT: maintain all life boats and life rafts. Repair tenders, fiberglass repair and readying the tenders for passenger use for ship to shore. I also ensured that all life saving equipment was ready and up to code in case of an emergency.

FIRE TEAM: I was trained in the use of high tech equipment such as the Soltic Thermal Imaging Camera. I helped maintained the firefighting equipment, breathing apparatus, cleaning respirators, recharging and servicing fire extinguishers. I also maintained all 3 fire lockers for deck and engine room departments before and after training exercises. Lastly I trained the new crew members in the use and locations of all fire equipment and was on call24/7.
