Initial responsibilities included part time contractor based, networked printer replacement project for hospital and on demand user support.

Systems Administrator/Network Engineer for local office and 4 satellite facilities with 120 employees. Duties included onsite and phone support for Microsoft Windows XP desktop OS, Microsoft Office suite, standard business and customized in house applications. Maintenance and troubleshooting on VMware Server and Captaris RightFax. Microsoft Server 2003 maintenance and Active Directory utilization for user accounts including moves, additions, and changes.
