Career Summary

Project Manager-2003-2006

Government project lift up Jamaica where I did schools, community centers, construction of boundary fences repair police stations. All of these projects procurement of materials was done to include redesign of some projects due to soil content or some measurements could work because of the fact that it was just not feasible while being the project manager on the projects that were under area of responsibility in Kingston and ST Andrew.

Resident Engineer-2007-2010

Ministry of National Security, Elliston Road Police Station, Falmouth Police Station where I did some redesigning of roads and drains and site survey. Managing surveying jobs that was done on site and ensuring that levels were adhere to. Monitor the construction of buildings to house milit livingary intelligence soldiers and ensuing all specifications were adhered to. Refurbishing of the Central Police Station lock up where I was the junior project manager working alongside contractors ensuring they followed the specifications on the design drawings.

Assistant Project Manager/ Resident Engineer-2011-2015

Design the Lathbury Barracks Up park camp Roads and drainage to include all civil engineering construction. I am the resident engineer on the project which will hold the twelve (12) three (3) storey buildings and twelve (12) single storey buildings which is being monitored by me as the resident engineer.

Design and set up car park for Ministry of Finance with procurement of material being done as the project engineer and monitoring the work being done. The setting of sub grade and finish grade levels, ensuring plant operators follow the levels that are established.

The Joint Intelligence Operation Centre where engineering survey was done setting out of foundation procurement of materials to be used on site supervisory management ensuring that the columns and beams are in there precise position. Ensuring specifications are adhered to and the arched shaped building is fitted with each piece in its correct place

My reasons for leaving is that I have served my time. I have gained much experience in the field and would want to be one of the best asset that a company could ever want. My military service and training would allow my leadership qualities in any organization flourish with the examples I would set.

I am an Engineer who works with the Engineering Regiment of the Jamaica Defense Force who from the rank private attained the rank of corporal who is a junior supervisor. I also achieved the training up to the rank of sergeant and I did all the courses that is required of me to achieve that rank. I have acted in many capacities Resident Engineer, Construction Site manager, Construction materials Technician, Engineer Surveyor, Construction Engineering Designer, Project Manager, throughout my illustrious career in the Jamaica Defense Force.
