Schedule work thru different areas, to ensure a good work flow and that product was delivered on time. Setup new work instruction in various areas to insure a better product. However since it has been a challenge to find skilled CNC 5 axis machinist in the area, I was asked to program, setup, and run the 2 new Mori/DMG DMU50's. That is what I am currently doing. And it is enjoyable to learn new high tech machines.
