Total 10 Years Including 5 years GULF (overseas) Experience in the Field of Instrumentation (Maintenance/Project) Work at Various Oil & gas, Petrochemical Plants.

Gulf Experience in Details:

I was worked with Takreer (ADNOC, ABU DHABI, U.A.E.) through Al Shirah Recruitment as an Instrument Technician from Oct 2012 to Oct 2014 in Oil Movement. During this period I was Handling individually Corrective, Breakdown and Preventive jobs. I am dealing with Enraf, SAAB rosemount Tank Gauging, Rotork, Biffi Motor Operated Valves, Metering Stations, Bently Nevada 3500 Vibration Monitoring, involved in commissioning activities of new plants like Green Diesel and Base Oil.

I was working with Dodsal Pvt. At Fujairah site Phase 2 Water Transmission System as an Instrument Technician from Oct 2009 to Feb 2011 and specially involved in Instrument Calibration LAB for calibration works for Calibration of Honeywell, ABB, Rosemount, Yokagawa, Fisher, Masonielan pressure, flow, temperature transmitters, valves differential type of pressure and temperature gauges, RTD & thermocouples. I am special involved on calibration of Pressure transmitters Model 3051 and Temperature transmitter Model 3144P, WIKA make pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure Indicating switch. And Magnetrol Make Level Switches & Flow Switches.

Also taking work permit for LV and Limited Access.

I was worked with KNPC Mina Al – Ahmadi Refinery through Almeer Technical services Co. W.L.L. as an Instrument Technician from Jan 2009 to Feb 2009 for shut down activities.

Details of Work

Visual Inspection of Field Instrument Carried out with the help of Datasheets and Drawings. Calibration of Various type of Field Instruments such as Transmitters, Control Valves. I/P Converters, Switches, Flow and Temperature Elements and Gauges. I have worked for Maintenance like separators, Furnaces, Heaters, Treatment Plant, and Utility side Boiler.

CALIBRATION AND TESTING(COMMISSIONING)

Calibration and testing of all types of smart transmitters like pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitter of Yokogawa, ABB, Rosemount, Foxboro.

Calibration of control valves, on/off valves makes like Fisher controls, Masonielan, mil.

Involved in airline, impulse line leak and pressure testing for instruments.

Personally involved in loop checking, Functional checking at field and DCS for all type of field instruments.

Worked on Allen Bradley PLC, TATA Honeywell DCS (TDC 3000)

MAINTENANCE

Capable of handling of all kind of online instruments.

Troubleshooting of loops.

Can do removal and reinstallation of all kind of online instruments.
