Setting up a manufacturing plant to produce Car Hauler Trailers in a production environment in order for the company to gain a larger portion of the market. Beginning they could only produce 40 Trailers per year and at the end of 1997 the plant was producing 300 trailers per year with the same labor force.

During this period I took on projects and jobs of increasing complexity and responsibility. Building various types of stamping tools and special equipment, I have also been shop manager for several tool shops managing both tool makers and production departments.
