There are two silos in our global consolidation plan that deal with the

dynamic data coming off housing and the global trading potential for a

global exchange of real estate based synthetics similar to the securities

market. They cover the entire length of the real property ownership

timeline from the presale to post sale in global markets. Data sales are

anticipated to be substantial as business, governments and academia demand

robust real estate data repositories for their own financial projects. Big

& Fast Data is driving corporations around the world to dig deeper into the

EDRC, Inc. - Global Managing Director (5/2013-5/2014)

Locate, make proposals to, negotiate and work with affiliates and vendors

worldwide for a privately held, multimillion dollar, litigation services

support company with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Expand, develop

and improve client relationships by monitoring and assisting client

services. Manage employees, coordinate workflow, and participate in

hiring, training, retention, and performance management aimed at increasing

Managing Director & General Counsel

Optimized role in Consulting Group focused on the execution of complex

transactions on behalf of micro-cap to middle-market sized clients (SMEs)

across diverse industries in the PRC. Acted as lead on all elements to

transactions: due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and
