Job Profile

Reporting to Manager & is responsible for

Supervision of bottle in the yard & shifting of bottle from yard to feeding point & issuing of bottle to packhall as per production plan on a daily basis

Issuing of material from Store as per production plan.

Implementation of Manufacturing Way & 5S in Engineering Store.

GRN of RM/PM, Engineering Spares & Bottles.

MTR & Issue Slip posting through SYSPRO.

Development of SOP’s & its implementation through training & assessment.

Weekly & Monthly Stock take of RM/PM & Bottles & as well as done the production warehuse zero.

Carry out Quick fix, Why- Why analysis, Focused Improvement project in case of any problem.

Monitoring the inventory. .

Stacking the bottle in such a way in yard to control the yard breakage.

To monitor the line loss to be reduced.

Weekly & Monthly planning for the market visit.

IT Skills

Exhaustive experience of different tools of MS Office/MS Excel.

SYSPRO(6.0 &6.1) / SAP.
