Directing 25 personnel with operational and P&L responsibility for a $3.5M/year medical gas production facility. Managing the production and safe delivery of 45K medical gas cylinders per month to 14 distribution centers and 250+ senior patients. Ensuring all medical production and distribution activities are documented accurately using SAP and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), FDA, DOT and New York State regulations.

Exceeding CY 2015 Budgeted EBITDA Goal by 186% through September 2015.

Exceed all 2014 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ranked 5th nationally out of 48 managers.

Directed production and process changes for a medical gas facility; resulting in a 37% and a 16% reduction in overtime and distribution costs respectively in 2014.

Project Manager for the installation of the TRACCESS online training system, reducing new

employee training time by 17% at 48 US locations.

Change Management Manager for the team that correlated 1,000 classified information requirements

with KPIs. Identified potential risks with mitigation and convinced C-Level executives to modify

processes for a national intelligence organization which reduced the time from request to information

delivery by 11%.

Project Manager for the installation of the Customs & Border Protection’s LSTAR aerial surveillance

system at Nogales, AZ. The planned $1.5M project was completed on time at a cost of $1.38M.

Proposal Manager for the successful $100M Ultra Light Aerial Detection (ULAD) proposal and two

United States Marine Corps

Strategic Telecommunications Director: Planned, installed, and operationally controlled multiple global information networks for the United States, NATO, and the United Nations.

Directed a global satellite communication network of military and commercial communications systems linking 15 Middle East locations with the U.S. Formulated communication strategy, meshed communications requirements with operational maneuvers, and coordinated installation.
