Ensure the availability of applicable WPS list, WPS and Welder Qualifications specific to project

Involved in shop floor inspection at various stages

Perform Raw material inspection

Review of MTC and Recertify to latest Code Edition

Carryout stage inspection like, Rolling, Dish Forming, Fit Up, Nozzle Bore Marking etc.,

During welding,Monitor the Preheat and Interpass temperature as stated in WPS

Perform Visual and dimensional inspection at various stages and during final inspection.

Witnessing the NDT activity – PT,UT, MT & RT examination.

Interpretation of RT Films and Reports and evaluating the discontinuities against the

Codes and Client specification

Liaison with Third party and Client for stage inspection as per approved quality Plan

Witnessing Hydrostatic & RF Pad Pneumatic leak Tests

Signing of Quality Plan after acceptance of inspection activities

Preparation of QC final Dossier

Liaison with Third party and Client for final document review and product certification
