To track the material time by time by transporters till it reaches to client.

To manage and schedule our own vehicles as well as outside transport vehicles for local delivery.

To arrange transportation required by the company for supply of material for outstations delivery.

To Co- ordinate with dispatch department of make ensure proper packing of material as well as loading and unloading of materials.

To generate Tax Invoice .

To generate packing list.

Maintain files for monthly records of any transportation used by the company as well as reconcile it with bill submitted by transporters.

To maintain daily dispatch material records.

To reconcile the monthly records submitted by transport vender with our company’s generated records before given to billing department.
