Description

MTN South Africa is part of MTN Group, a multi-national telecommunications that boasts over 152 million subscribers across its company with operations in 21 countries in Africa.

The company provides voice, data and telemetry offerings and solutions to its 20 million customers in South Africa. Also, over time a great deal of attention has been paid to ensuring that appropriate products and services are marketed to well-targeted customer categories. In addition, MTN is now able to offer existing clients the opportunity to holistically expand and upgrade their existing voice and data infrastructures.

The Wholesale MNP Phase III project is aimed at closing he gaps identified in the existing MNP processes. The current system is merged with the telecom system and neither is operating efficiently and sometimes not even correctly. So this project covers only the Wholesale portion of the porting processes. It covers these entirely. That is to say, for porting in, out, reversing both, returning numbers to blocks, receiving returned numbers, reconciling with the CRDB and providing routing information.

The majority of the changes are expected to be in the BPEL / MW area, with application systems only changing where there is either a lack of functionality or expected functionality does not work.

Responsibilities:

Emaar handle the iPhone, iPAD and Cine Malls Workflows between ERP System to Active Directory. Emaar Customer Care required having iPAD application for conducting survey. For this we will be developing BPEL services to address all the functionalities and the same will be exposed to Internet.

IPhone applications was designed and optimized for Apple iPhone, it can run on other platforms as well through BPEL’s.

There are 18 Local Schemas gives the solutions to the different SAP functional areas like CRM, WHMS, MES, VMI and Payroll interfaces.

Coding & implementation of Change Requests, Anomaly’s using eGate and exchange.
