Nishat Hospitality (Private) Limited was incorporated in Pakistan. The company is wholly owned subsidiary of Nishat Mills Limited. The company is setup to carry out the business of hotel, cafes, restaurants and lodging or apartment houses, bakers and confectioners in Pakistan and outside Pakistan.

Position : Manager Maintenance & Operations

Job Responsibilites are as follows;

Responsible for MEP installation, Operation and Maintenance of the Hotel.

Perform and monitor predictive and preventive maintenance of the installed system

Execute daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklist

Supervision and monitoring of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Gensets, RMS, BMS, CCTV, Laundry Equipments, Kitchen Equipments, Electrical & Mechanical installed system

New Bong Escape Hydropower Project is first private sector Project in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir which will produce (84 MW). Project Construction is in progress. MWH Global is working as Owner’s Engineer.

Duration : April 2012 to December 2013

Position : Field Supervision Engineer

1. Supervision of Erection of following equipment,

Fire Fighting System (Piping, Pumps, Strainers, Alarm Check Valves, FM 200 Gas Cylinders, Portable Fire Extinguishers Hose Reel System.)

Oil Handling and Purification System (Piping, Storage tanks, Pumps, Purifiers, etc.)

HVAC System (Piping for Cooling Water and Chilled Water, Duct-work, Air Handling Units, Split Air Conditioners etc.)

Water Treatment and Sewage Treatment System (Piping, Pumps, Chlorinators, Agitator, etc.)

2. Responsible for Commissioning and Testing of above systems

3. Responsible for ensuring that all installed equipments, piping and materials are as per approved drawings and specifications.

4. Supervision of pressure testing of different piping systems.

5. Inspection of welding joints of piping through Dye-Penetration Testing.

6. Documentation of Project Related activities including:

Writing Letters to the Contractor on these subjects and others assigned to me

Weekly Progress Reports of HVAC, Water Treatment, Fire Fighting and Sewage Treatment System

Making contribution in the main Monthly Progress Report in terms of charts and write up, photos, exhibits for the reports daily weekly and monthly in the mechanical area.
