This project was part of the 10-year plan to assess and rebuild all county roads to meet the requirements of the South Carolina DOT. I was a team member responsible for the Quality and Construction management of the road improvement project. I was responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of this project from the initial assessments through the final completed construction of roads scheduled for the year 1999. A portion of this work involved the daily supervision of paving crews to insure compliance as specified. I worked directly with the Owner and Engineers to repair/rebuild portions of roads that the original assessment did not define.
