Managed and responded to complex inquiries regarding, RFQ’s, bids, contract obligations, negotiations, and revisions to commercial and government contracts. Managed contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met through FAR resources/compliance. Contract writing of manufactured aerospace components and customer performance requirements and delivery schedules.

Contract Management: Conduct consultation and escalation to president and vice president, of contractual, business or CM positioning issues that are not solved satisfactorily by the government in a timely manner. Negotiated contracts with over 100 vendors selected from previous awards, and successful completed requirements.

Contract Performance and Estimation: Examine and communicate with customer performance requirements and delivery schedules. Estimate costs of material, equipment and production to ensure completeness and accuracy. Prepare bids, process specs. Assist in the negotiation of contracts with customer.
