Project Manager for DeCA (Defense Commissary Agency) $250MM building construction projects and currently assigned, as the client representative, to perform construction management at (MDLJB) McGuire/Fort Dix/Lakehurst Joint Base commissary building project renovations, valued at over $15MM. Construction Project Manager for new $75MM “Newark Central High School” project in Newark, NJ. The 285,000 FT school building was designed to house 2000 students. Bovis Lend Lease ª New York City, New York ª 2007 As a Construction and MEP Project manager, worked concurrently on $50MM pre-construction and construction projects at New York University Medical Center (NYUMC) that involved total renovations of 11th & 13th floors, and other projects. Hill International, Inc. ª Marlton, New Jersey ª 2003 – 2007 Construction Project Manager for new $36MM “Martin Luther King/Jefferson School” project in Trenton, NJ.
