Oversaw and directed logistical operations supporting a multi-component organization whose mission was to train 133 Active and Reserve Component Soldiers. Developed collective training plans to provide mobilization and post-mobilization training to active, Army, National Guard, Navy, Air Force and reserve component units preparing for worldwide deployments.

Controlled the requisition/management of Army equipment in excess of $2M – spanning three separate accounts.

Managed distribution of equipment, transfer, and turn-in dispositions of excess property. Attention to detail ensured over $100K in excesses serviceable equipment was returned to inventory.
