Currently involved with the production and operations of Emami PM4, a 500 MT paperboard Machine.

Currently looking after the complete Stock Preparation and Wetend sections.

PM4 equipped with Andritz Dilution Head Box and complete Approach and stock Preparation and Coaters supplied by Andritz; Paper Machine Supplied by CCL, China; Shoe press, Hard Nip and Soft Nip by Gapcon; DCS by Yokogawa and QCS by Metso.

CENTURY PULP & PAPER, LALKUAN Aug’10 - Oct’14

Executive

Involved in the century BM6, 620 TPD project from the Erection stage. Solely Commissioned whole WETEND, Approach flow system, Equipments, Wire and Press Section and the Steam and condensate system in VOITH personnel guidance.

Got the overall knowledge about the project activities, sequences and safety norms.

Monitoring the complete Production Flow Online (DCS & QC System) as well as physically and to coordinate with the Quality control and Marketing Departments.

Knowing VOC and act accordingly to reach the customers’ needs and applying DMAIC methodology in improving the quality and preparing Critical Process Parameters for each individual grade.
