Projects August 2013– August 2015

Multi-banking System Interface: Programmed a system interface where a single login can be used to access multiple bank accounts. Tools and technologies used are Java, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Android Shopwire Application: Developed a retail shopping cart system where an android application can establish individual connections in the proximity with multiple beacons attached to different sections across the store and calculate the total bill of the items in the cart. Tools and Technologies used are Java, Android Studio, and MySQL.

Cloud Dropbox Application: Used Python to access files from S3 following which encryption and decryption was done using the private and public key provided by AWS. Tools and technologies used are Python, AWS Developed an online shopping application using services provided by AWS.

Used different services like EC2, S3, Dynamo DB, RDS, and Elastic Cache in the development of the websites.

Networking Implemented an IEEE paper which deals with congestion control, jointly using delay and marking techniques. Dynamic buffers are created at routers to reduce congestion.

Upload file using http GET and POST request to the omega server using Python. Monitored network traffic using tool Wire shark.

Public Health Care Surveillance Web Application: Coded an application which features database as a backbone and a web-based application for public health surveillance system. The project responsibilities include design of database schema, SQL queries to retrieve information, and provide useful indicators to public health officials based on aggregation of data from the collected survey. Tools and Technologies used are MySQL, HTML, CSS, JDBC, JavaScript, Eclipse, and Java.

Library Management System: Developed an application to store the details of all the books in the library. Storing checkout and check-in date and time for each book.
